Latest Report of high level education committe on Engineering , Degree PG exams. In the leadership of Education Minister of Telangana Sabitha Indra Reddy, Cheif Secretry Somesh Kumar, high level committee on education recently submitted its report on the question of ” whether to conduct the examinations of PG ,degree & B.E or not?”. Here is the summary of it. 1. In the report it is suggested that no examinations should be conducted for engineering students even for the final year students who are about to graduate. 2. Report also says that it becomes very difficult to conduct examinations of engineering students because of coronavirus and also because of the public interest litigation filed against it in High Court. 3. ENGLISH: JNTU Ananthapur has taken a major decision to promote the Engineering students with no credits. As the COVID pandemic is intensifying the JNTUA is decided to promote the students without credits. JNTUA has reported to Higher Education Council regarding the exams. As soon as the approval arrives from the state government, the university is going to cancel the credits system. In Ananthapur, 1.20 lakh students are obtaining Engineering from JNTUA in various associated colleges in Kurnool, YSR Kadapa, Chittor, and Potti Sriramulu Nellore District.  The JNTUA has earlier scheduled the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year’s 2nd semester regular, 4th-year 1st-semester supplementary examinations in May/June months. While due to the COVID emergency, the Government has declared the lockdown. Due to lock down the university is unable to conduct either classes or examinations.
