Latest Report of high level education committe on Engineering , Degree PG exams.


In the leadership of Education Minister of Telangana Sabitha Indra Reddy, Cheif Secretry Somesh Kumar, high level committee on education recently submitted its report on the question of ” whether to conduct the examinations of PG ,degree & B.E or not?”. Here is the summary of it.
1. In the report it is suggested that no examinations should be conducted for engineering students even for the final year students who are about to graduate.
2. Report also says that it becomes very difficult to conduct examinations of engineering students because of coronavirus and also because of the public interest litigation filed against it in High Court.
3. Examinations should be conducted for Degree and PG students it is not possible to cancel exams for the students like that of engineering students.
4.Engineering students should be passed based on internal marks based on the marks of scored in the previous semester.
5. Within two or three days the report is to be placed in front of KCR and about sign it after clear evaluation.

JNTUH-New guidelines to conduct sem exam of UG and PG courses The Principals of the colleges are informed to note the following guidelines necessitated due to Covid-19 pandemic, with regard to conduct of examinations at your respective colleges. 1) All the students and staff members must wear masks while they are on the campus. 2) Sanitizers are to be provided at the entrance of the campus/building and the security onduty must ensure that every staff member / student clean their hand with the liquid sanitizers. GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCT OF EXAMINATIONS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-2020. 1. To reduce the duration of examination from 3 hours to 2 hours and accordingly to modify the question paper pattern, yet covering the entire syllabus. To compensate for the reduction in the duration of examination, more choice may be given while setting the question paper. The changes in the pattern of question paper may be left to the choice of concerned universities. 2. To conduct the examinations only for the final semester students of all UG and PG programmes, including backlogs. Examinations for the students of intermediate semesters may be conducted after reopening of colleges or in November/December along with odd semesters main examinations. 3.
