JNTUA Online Classes for B.Tech 2-1 Semester is Postponed

CIRCULAR

Sub: Revised Academic Calendar for Academic Year 2020-21 – Reg. 

Ref: Circular from this office, dated: 04.08.2020

With the reference to the subject cited above, it is requested to conduct online classes for the academic year 2020-21 from 17th August 2020 for all the courses.

Based on the revised guidelines of AICTE, New Delhi, the online classes for II year B.Tech I Semester is postponed and the revised date will be informed later.

All the Principals are requested to note the same and inform to the staff and students.

JNTUH-New guidelines to conduct sem exam of UG and PG courses The Principals of the colleges are informed to note the following guidelines necessitated due to Covid-19 pandemic, with regard to conduct of examinations at your respective colleges. 1) All the students and staff members must wear masks while they are on the campus. 2) Sanitizers are to be provided at the entrance of the campus/building and the security onduty must ensure that every staff member / student clean their hand with the liquid sanitizers. OU - COVID 19 Virus - Closure of Educational Institutions, Hostels & Messes including Libraries

Osmania University :  Through the G.O. under reference cited, the Government of Telangana has issued certain instructions to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19 Virus in the State of Telangana: In view of the above, all the Campus, Constituent, District PG Colleges and Affiliated Colleges working under the jurisdiction of Osmania University including Libraries will remain  closed till 31.03.2020  to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19 Virus in the State of Telangana. However, the scheduled examinations (which are commenced already) are unaltered. The Hostels & Messes of the Campus and Constituent Colleges will also remain closed. Further, seminars, conferences, symposia, workshops, meetings, fests, students meetings, sports events, etc. will not be permitted as a preventive measure until March 31, 2020. However, all administrative offices/units will function as usual.
