JNTUH To submit the students attendance Including online classes and status of completion of syllabus of all UG and PG programs

In continuation of the University letters cited above, it is to inform you that as per the
instruction of the Government, the University has been observing the lockdown for all the Constituent and Affiliated (Autonomous and Non-Autonomous) Colleges and classes have been suspended in the college premises till 7th May, 2020 to stop the spreading of COVID-19 pandemic.
In view of this, the University has issued Lr. Nos. DAPO/CORRES/2020, dated 07.04.2020, 10.04.2020 and 14.04.2020 regarding the effective utilization of time by the students in learning activities during lockdown period and to complete the remaining syllabi by the faculty.

As per the instructions, all the Principals/Directors of Constituent and Affiliated (Autonomous and Non-Autonomous) Colleges/ Units are requested to continue online classes till 07.05.2020 if the syllabus is not completed. Further, submit the students’ attendance including online classes of all UG & PG programmes for the present semester on 02.05.2020 if the syllabus is going to be completed by 30.04.2020, otherwise submit on 08.05.2020 to the University examination branch. It is requested to submit the status of completion of Syllabus in the annexure(s) provided to dap@jntuh.ac.in.

JNTUH-New guidelines to conduct sem exam of UG and PG courses The Principals of the colleges are informed to note the following guidelines necessitated due to Covid-19 pandemic, with regard to conduct of examinations at your respective colleges. 1) All the students and staff members must wear masks while they are on the campus. 2) Sanitizers are to be provided at the entrance of the campus/building and the security onduty must ensure that every staff member / student clean their hand with the liquid sanitizers. OU - COVID 19 Virus - Closure of Educational Institutions, Hostels & Messes including Libraries

Osmania University :  Through the G.O. under reference cited, the Government of Telangana has issued certain instructions to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19 Virus in the State of Telangana: In view of the above, all the Campus, Constituent, District PG Colleges and Affiliated Colleges working under the jurisdiction of Osmania University including Libraries will remain  closed till 31.03.2020  to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19 Virus in the State of Telangana. However, the scheduled examinations (which are commenced already) are unaltered. The Hostels & Messes of the Campus and Constituent Colleges will also remain closed. Further, seminars, conferences, symposia, workshops, meetings, fests, students meetings, sports events, etc. will not be permitted as a preventive measure until March 31, 2020. However, all administrative offices/units will function as usual.
