The students appearing for the above examinations commencing from 25-11-2019 are to note that the on-line registration for University examinations will be carried out as per the time schedule given below :

Exam Registration & Last Dates :
  • Without Late Fee : 20-09-2019 To 04-10-2019
  • With Late Fee of Rs. 100 /- : 05-10-2019 To 09-10-2019
  • With Late Fee of Rs. 1000 /- : 10-10-2019 To 14-10-2019

Examination Fee:
FOR II, III & IV YEAR I SEM REGULAR / SUPPLY AND II, III YEAR II SEM SUPPLY :
  • FOR WHOLE EXAMINATION (ALL SUBJECTS) : Rs. 760/-
  • FOR ONE SUBJECT (THEORY/PRACTICAL) : Rs. 360/-
  • FOR TWO SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL/BOTH) : Rs. 460/-
  • FOR THREE SUBJECTS (THEORY/PRACTICAL/BOTH) : Rs. 560/-
  • FOR FOUR SUBJECTS & ABOVE (THEORY/PRACTICAL/BOTH) : Rs. 760/-

Note :
1. In case of Physical Handicapped students (deaf, dumb, hearing impaired, orthopedically handicapped and visually handicapped) as per University letter No. JNTUH/EB/Concessions to Handicapped students / 2010(1), dt.26-04-2010,with relevant documental evidence are eligible for exemption of examination fee payment.

2. For the students applied for RC/RV, if the results are not declared by the time of start of registrations for exams., the students are advised to register as per the time schedule given in this notification even for the subjects in which they have failed and waiting for RC/RV results. However, if the student passes the examination in RC/RV results, the examination fee paid for passed subjects will be refunded by the concerned Principals and the registrations of that student in that subject will be automatically deleted.

JNTUH-New guidelines to conduct sem exam of UG and PG courses The Principals of the colleges are informed to note the following guidelines necessitated due to Covid-19 pandemic, with regard to conduct of examinations at your respective colleges. 1) All the students and staff members must wear masks while they are on the campus. 2) Sanitizers are to be provided at the entrance of the campus/building and the security onduty must ensure that every staff member / student clean their hand with the liquid sanitizers.     JNTUH Certain guidelines wrt number of attempts for clearing the backlog subjects.  The University had issued certain guidelines with regard to the number of attempts for clearing the backlog subjects by the students after completion of these six attempts, the student need to appear the University exam for the subject of successive regulations. A copy of the University orders is attached herewith. All the Principals of the affiliated and constituent colleges are informed to note the same. In addition to the above said University proceedings, frequently asked questions (FAQs) are also enclosed to clarify the doubts of the Principals /students. The ne w practice has already been implemented from May/June 2019 Exams onwards (refl. cited above).
